The person was scammed into paying money to a gang who placed a false ad claiming to provide job placements abroad. Salary: 20000 THB + Bonus Start Date: immediately

A position has become available within the Customer Support team of Fields Data Recovery as an German/British/Spanish/Italian/French speaking Customer Support Advisor. The successful candidate will process inbound/outbound enquiries from existing customers as well as providing out of hours cover. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will report directly to the Customer Support Manager. The role is based in Chiangmai and previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Fields Data Recovery offers solutions globally and the position available is for German speaking individuals to deal with clients directly in their native language.

About the role
- 40 hours per week as follows:
- Mon to Fri, 3pm to midnite - Fluent German/British/Spanish/Italian/French is essential - Additional language skills would be advantageous - Based in Chiangmai - Initial and ongoing training is provided

As a Customer Support Advisor you would be required to:
- Receive telephone enquiries from existing German/British/Spanish/Italian/French customers - Contact customers in order to provide them with any necessary information in relation to their product/service including updating client records and job logs - Provide customer service via telephone/email for the German/British/Spanish/Italian/French market - Investigate/Resolve customer complaints - Provide transcriptions - Provide out of hours customer support
